SpaceX Starlink Now Covers 98% of Global Landmass

SpaceX announced today that its Starlink satellite internet constellation now provides coverage to 98% of the world's landmass, a milestone that brings high-speed internet access to some of the most remote regions on Earth.

With over 7,500 satellites now in orbit, Starlink is offering download speeds averaging 200 Mbps in most areas. The company also introduced a new compact terminal designed for developing markets at a significantly reduced price point.
